Anyone with data on the Avantec hybrid UTO-444 please?

This is a 10 to 400MHz thin film cascadable amplifier. Typical operating
point is 5V@15mA. Output power is +8.7dBm@1dB compression, with a NF of 4dB.
Looking from the bottom view, if you set the tab at the 5:00 position, the
pinout is like this:
3:00 pin is RF out, 6:00 is V+, 9:00 is RF in, while 12:00 is Ground.
