Source for Microwave Diodes?
 

Does anyone know of a source for Microwave Diodes in quantities less
than 100 pieces? I'm specifically looking for HSMS 2850 but any site
that carries microwave diodes would be helpfull.

I tried Microwave Components but their number has been disconnected.

Down East Microwave (www.downeastmicrowave.com) has a limited
selection of diodes. You might try a post to WA1MBA's microwave email
reflector (see wa1mba.org for details).
