Thanks for all the resources. At my house ARRL Designer pukes and dies
on both WIN98 (500MHz P2) and WIN-XP (2.5GHz P-4) machines.

Do you have Linux? I find some of these that won't run on my Win98,
actually run quite well in WinE from *nix :-)
