Sound card installed?

On a vintage 1994 PC with a Windows 95 upgrade, where do you look to see if a
sound card is installed? Inside the cpu or somewhere in the control panel?
Both?
If you just have to check in the control panel (Hardware Profile?) what would
be the designation for it?

Thanks,

You're only going to see drivers in Control Panel.

Here's what you need:

In "Device Manager", from Control Panel, or press the Windows Start Key and
Pause/Break key at the same time.

If you want to determine if a soundcard is physically installed, look
at the back panel and look for line-in, line-out/speaker and mic
jacks. Looking in Windows control panel, device manager will tell you
if the drivers are installed and allegedly operational.
