Kenwood TS-700A Power Help please?

Hi, I have the Kenwood TS-700A, 2m rig, I had a problem with the power cord,
got bitten to pieces.
Does anyone know the proper pin requirement? Which of the four pins is to
line up with the black, gnd and neutral? I am using it on 120v only but has
the option for 220.
There are two horizontal pins, two vertical. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

If you go to http://www.mods.dk and click on the Kenwood button it will
show a frame on the left side of the screen. At the top is a button that
is labeled manuals. Click on that and look up the manual for the TS-700
radio. It is presented as a pdf and should have the information that you
need to make the power cord you need.
