bird dummy load question.
 

looking for details in construction of bird 500w dummy load..have aquired
large 50r ceramic rf resistor, but dont want to go down oilcan route, cos of
the mess and they look crap..wish to make bird style one..how are they
made???whats in the large horizontal ali cylinder???resistor..oil??if so
wheres the pressure release valve??

oh not so easy to buy the real thing here without spending lots of
wonga..and being a radio ham i dont want to do that...
