Most jurisdictions these days have some form of penalty against stalking on
the Internet, anybody know what the Canary islands does about it?

Unfortunately, despite attempts to make him desist, this may be the only way
to deal with tomlinson.

are even less tolerant of fools than their English counterparts if the
