does anyone have a few transistor recommendations..
looking for 1w at vhf (2m)..must be surface mount..

dont mind using 2 in parallel..

They highly likely have surface mount VHF power transistors from Motorola
(MRF series) and Philips (BLY series) in the 1 Watt ,10dB range.
