You may want to look for a free program called RFSIM99 which is an 'S'
parameter analysis program using schematic entry. I find it useful, although I haven't tried to load microstrip matching sections yet. It is fairly intuitive, and I see the microstrip transmission component looks to be reasonably comprehensive. I particularly like the monte-carlo random component tolerance analysis. It's helped me to make sure my designs will be easy to build and likely to work. I am sure Ansoft Designer SV is a more powerful program, but for most of the things I do, RFSIM99 is nice.
