MHW 612 "data-sheet" wanted

Hi,

I have constructed a VHF PA for 2m Band with MHW612, but the efficiency seems
to be very low. Has anyone the "data sheet" of Motorola from that module? I was
looking for around Internet without success.

===============================
A few years ago I bought 3 pcs at a flea market (connection diagramme
showing external components included)
The diagramme shows . Supply voltage 12 -15 Input 200 mW @ 50 Ohms
Output 20 W @ 50 Ohms.
Would also be very interested in spec sheet.
Question : Has this module linear characteristics ,hence can it be used for
SSB or is it just for AM & FM ?

According to the RF Parts site, which doesn't offer much more info than you
provided, it's a Class C module.
