Question: HV Variable Caps from Printed Circuit Board

Could someone explain how to make a high voltage (10KV at least)
variable tuning cap out of printed circuit board material, or point
me to a site that explains it?

Tnx!

Out of curiosity, why does it have to be out of PCB material?

For voltages 0-5KV, air variables are OK; for 5KV+, vacuum is the only way
to go, IMO.
