Help me choose a tv/video capture device

Looking fo something in uSB2. I've been looking at ratings on
VideoHelp.com. It seems like someone has a problem with every device.
Some picture quality is bad, some crash, some drivers blow... Anyone
using anything thats works and installs good? I'm running WinXP on P4
@ 3.0 Ghz, 1Gb DDR, dual SATA drives in RAID0.

Why waste your time with USB2 for video. Stick an internal
ATI card on your AGP or PCI buss. USB for video capture? Foolish
and wasteful, do it wideside with DMA bursting. Why stick your
marbles into a hose one by one, when you can throw your marbles
32 at a time???
