Repairing Kenwood TS-820 (PA)

A friend is having trouble repairing TS820. The grid voltage for
6146's are broken somewhere although he has it from the power supply,
he cannot find where it stops.
He is told it is a wellknown problem, but now he needs further help to
trace where the break is

hpe to hear from you sn
