Spec for NDK TXCO

I've just ripped a surface mount 12.8Mhz TCXO from a Sanyo CMP351E
phone.
Its manufactured by NDK, measures about 10mm by 8mm by 4mm, has four
connections and has the markings...

NDK
JPN.
4911
12.8
5111A-ANL50

Ok, I know its a 12.8Mhz oscillator and as it only has four
connections and a trimmer its likly to be a simple TCXO or maybe a
Voltage and TCXO. what I don't know is the pin-out and operating
voltage.

NDK's website has nothing like it that I can find and Google comes up
nada.
Can anyone help with either some solid info or a safe means of
"playing with it" without killing it.

Thanks, Mike W, G8NXD qthr
