Mod for Major M588?

Hello homebrewers,

I am looking for a mod for a CB transceiver to ten meters.
Type: Major M588
Printnumber: PTBM059COX

As far as i know two crystals should be replaced and the board has to
be retuned,
Anyone knows more?
