If you've never built capacitors starting out with such a high voltage is
like trying to enter the Olympics before you've learned to crawl. I'd suggest starting out small but better yet find some surplus lower voltage units and put them in series with equalization. 73 Hank WD5JFR "David McBeth" wrote in message ...
