I couldn't find any information online about this tube. Any info is
appreciated.

Go directly to the Eimac website. They have added a whole line of newer
version tubes using the 'Y' identification for the series. Many are
similar to the older tetrodes, and many have weird shapes, and sockets.

That was me that bought them. I asked EIMAC, and they said they were a
version of 4X150A specialized for audio (= gold plated grid). Mystery
solved.
