M/A COM Gunn Oscillator Info ?
 

I am looking for info (frequency, power out, current) on a M/A COM
Gunn Oscillator with WR42 waveguide output. The part number (barely
visible) appears to be MA86819, though the middle digit in particular
could be mistaken. Date code appears to be from 1977. It is
mechanically tuned (only) and is marked +6.6V DC. Has anyone got any
data for this one ?
