homebrew transmatch question
 

Folks,

I have a homebrew transmatch I got from my Elmer that the
builder provided an alligator clip jumper with.

My question is how is the jumper used?

for your reference. Any advice would be warmly appreciated.
I use it with a Kenwood 440 and a random wire.
