Radio Data Code Manual?
 

Can anyone recommend a good source (aka cheap) to get the Radio Data
Code Manual by Klingenfuss (or an equivalent book)? Or better yet,
does anyone have a used copy they'd like to sell?

Some libraries will arrange inter-library loans at no cost.

Here, at the Tempe Public Library, each patron may have
up to 3 such requests active at a time.

Sometimes, there is a small charge if they have to go out
of state (Arizona) or whatever.
