Searching for components

Hi,

I am trying to locate some obsolete components.
After the usual google searches and numerous emails to vendors, I am hoping
someone here will have what I need.

I need 2 ea MPSH17's, 1 ea 2n4417, 1 ea MC145152 and 1 ea MC12017.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Ed

http://www.doom.com/ has all of these.

Google is your friend.

Can't help with the MC's, however, the MPSH17's cross to NTE/ECG 229 and the
2N4417 is an NTE/ECG 452.
NTE and ECG replacement parts are very common just about anywhere. Your
local jobber will have them.
I have a hunch that the MC parts could be rounded up with a more exhausting
computer search.

Hi Ed,
I went through the whole thing with Doom Electronics when I was
trying to buy some SL6440s. This company will only sell to other
dealers...........not to manufacturers or to private individuals. Doom did
hook me up with a jobber who would sell me a minimum quantity of 25.
Too bad Motorola discontinued these devices............now you have all of
these entities selling for more than the devices originally sold for.
Fortunately, a friend of mine located one of the jobber's sources, and we
were able to buy them for 1/3 of the jobber's price.
