Rcvr pre-amp for Six meters

Anyone have any links to a simple, such as a JFET, or MOSFET six meter
pre-amp circuit? I have a TS-600 that needs some rx help. I know back
about 25 years I had a real simple JFET for a pre-amp on a Yaesu FT-620B.
