need scheme of 300Volt Fet HF linear

Hello,
i would like to build a hf linear with a couple of IRF840's.
Do you have something to get me started?
Preferrably a balanced output to keep the 2'nd harmonic's down.
I would like to use it behind a qrp (ft817) transceiver.
