hi
looking to make simple 6,4 and 2m single frequency transmitters using
mc145170 pll controlled by a pic..does anyone have hex codes (or
program) to load up pic chip to allow me to do this?? dont care what
pic chip i use, and will only be single frequency use!

I would suggest you investigate DC Kits in Scottsdale, AZ, for
a kit that contains both the MC145170 and the controlling
microprocessor. Basic kit is US$35. www.dckits.com

If all you wanted was a single frequency, there is no need to
use any microprocessor. The Motorola/Freescale MC145151 can
be hard-wired at one frequency. It is available at Jameco
for US$6.00. Good up to 30 MHz. www.jameco.com

Other countries, other bands.

It appears that the UK, and possibly other countries, have allocated
some portion of 4 meters to amateur operations.

And in the UK, they didn't have 6meters until relatively recently.

we have 6m for ages..and yes 4m for ever..but really want to use
mc145170, cos its a real nice chip and small(sm) and works up to
185mhz..so i can make this really tiny..(so 145151 is no good..)

so..still looking pls..
