need: smd transistor
 
Hi all, am looking for source in UK for Sony dual gate n channel surface
mount transistors type SGM 2016M to repair yaesu ft8000 radio. have checked
online parts lists for the usual firms in uk,with no luck! want three off,
or does anyone know of equivalent type? thanks for any help. doug.

No but likely that part number is a inhouse designation. One way to
cheat the whole mess is look up a SMT DG fet sourced from Sony
as I bet there only a few parts to pick from. Alternate is Phillips
also does SMT DG fets and likely they would work.

You may have to replace by inference(similar specs or function) rather
than direct part number match.
