January 18th - Welcome to Birthday of EPC-Russia!

Dear Fellow Radio Amateurs,

January 18th, 2014 we mark the 5th anniversary of establishing of EPC
Russian section. Commemorative award is established for active work on the
air that day in the modes B(Q)PSK31, 63,125 on all bands. Test time - from
00:00 till 23:59 MSK on January, 18th (20:00 -19:59 UTC 17-18 January)
2014. We invite all clubmates to participate in celebration of EPC-Russia
5th Anniversary Activity Day. Only members of EPC can get a Commemorative
Award in electronic form provided that they will work on the air by the
callsigns which are registered in our club, i.e. they have EPC number.





Let's remind that EPC number is assigned not to a person but to a
callsign and it is never reassigned to another one. To receive Award EPC
members of all countries (except Russia) must work on January 18, 2014 the
following amount of QSO:

- Europe - 20 QSO with EPC members from Russia;

- Asia - 15 QSO with EPC members from Russia;

- Africa - 10 QSO with EPC members from Russia;

- North and South America, Australia and Oceania - 5 QSO with EPC members
from Russia.



Dupe QSOs are not counted. General call: CQ EPCRU. Short QSOs are welcome
with minimal information of exchange: RSQ and name.
