Subject: *GlobalSET 2015 Begins - please use survey*

Hello,

As earlier advised, GlobalSET 2015 is an emergency communications call -
out preparedness/availability exercise organized by the IARU Region 1
Emergency Communications Coordinator, Greg Mossop, G0DUB.

It begins NOW at 11:15 hours UTC on Friday 18 December 2015 in IARU Region
2.

The form survey for it as at: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/8ZJJHBT

We are requesting to Member Societies and Emergency Groups use whatever
means that you think appropriate to contact your members ans ask them how
quickly they could get on air, and how many time they should be available
on air:

- in the next hour
- in the next 1- 4 hours
- in the next 4 - 12 hours

A time limit of 24 - 48 hours is set to complete all call - outs and send
the survey.

The National Co-ordinators collect the response and put in the survey to be
sent when the exercise is finished.
