Hamvention Awards deadline

Next Monday, Feb. 1, is the deadline for Dayton Hamvention® 2016 award
nominations for Amateur of the Year, Special Achievement, Technical
Excellence, and Club of the Year awards. All Amateur Radio operators/clubs
are eligible, with winners recognized at Hamvention® 2016, May 20-22 at
Hara Arena.

Three CMEs will impact Earth starting at 0000 UTC 6-22-15. The major CME
from last evening will reach Earth at 1400 UTC 6-22-15. This is a major
storm. All three are forecast to last well over 40 hours total. More
information from the SWPC should be posted on this Fathers Day Holiday.

HRD Software, LLC announces the release of Version 6.3.0.472 a s a
maintenance release. Everyone that has purchased HRD since February 2012
will get the fixes at no charge.



A brief highlight of the updates include added code for the Ten Tec Omni
VII rig control; an update to mode settings for data/pkt for the FT8x7 and
updates for ODBC issues....
