On August 27-28, 2016, Kings County ARES (the Amateur Radio Emergency
Service) will establish a temporary Special Event Station on Battle Hill in
Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY to commemorate the 240th anniversary of
the historic “Battle of Brooklyn.”





Kings County ARES is an all-volunteer organization working in collaboration
with the New York City District ARES and the American Radio Relay League
