A mirror bill to the Amateur Radio Parity Act, HR1301/S1685, currently
being considered in the US Congress was filed in the State of Missouri
House of Representatives on January 6, 2016. This Bill, HB1951, authored
by Rep. Bryan Spencer (District 63), was initiated by Larry Scantlan,
KEØKZ, of Wentzville, MO. Larry believes that even if the Federal
