March 31 is the deadline for the next issue of TAPR's quarterly
newsletter, PSR!

We are now soliciting articles, news items, etc. for the newsletter.
Topics related to digital Amateur Radio will be given preference and the
editor reserves the right to determine what is suitable for publication.

E-mail your contributions to wa1lou @ tapr.org; we can handle almost
every word processing and electronic image formats, so not to worry.
