St. Richard's College Buildathon a success

The RSGB supported Build-a-thon held at St. Richard's Catholic College in
Bexhill on Tuesday 12th April was a great success with HERC (Hastings
Electronics and Radio Club) members assisting with the construction of over

On March 8 2016 HAM radio club OK2KYJ established a scheduled radio contact
with the amateur radio station aboard the ISS (OR4ISS). The ESA astronaut
Tim Peake, KG5BVI, from Great Britain was the radio operator of the space
station
