Aug 13, 14 & 16, 1400Z -- 0000Z daily, N3B Bedford PA BCARS will
commemorate the anniversary of the first transatlantic telegraph message
between two heads of state. The event took place between then President
Buchanan at the Bedford Springs Hotel and Queen Victoria at Windsor Castle,
on August 16th, 1858. Event frequencies: 28.450; 14.030; 14.330; 21.030;
21.240; 7.030; 7.240. Printable certificates (8.5 x 11) will be available
from www.bcars.org following...
