Huntsville Alabama



An International Space Station radio contact has been planned for astronaut
Kate Rubins KG5FYJ with U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Huntsville Alabama
USA. The event is scheduled Thursday 11 August, 2016 at approximately 14:48
UTC.



This will be a telebridge radio contact, operated by IK1SLD, located in
Casale Monferrato, Italy.

The downlink signal will be audible in Europe ! TELEBRIDGE ....

International Lighthouse Lightship Weekend ILLW

The Ocean Monmouth ARC ( OMARC ) plans to participate in the International
Lighthouse Lightship

Weekend event on Saturday Aug 20th at approx. 8am EDT till around noon Aug
21st located

at Sandy Hook lighthouse NJ. We are allowed to use the LH which is about
100 feet high

to mount our antennas. Ham operators are always welcome to participate so
if you are in the area

stop by and say hello.
