Talk Live!, we're gearing up for the Dayton
Hamvention! Joe Eisenberg, K0NEB, will be
here to tell us about his recent trip to
Xenia, OH and the Greene County Fairgrounds,
which is the new home of Hamvention. We will
take your calls LIVE as Joe tells us some of
the early details of how the planning is
coming along for Hamvention in a new
location. Plus, it wouldn't be a show with
Joe if we didn't talk at least a little
about kit building. Joe will share with us
some information about some new kits like
the Bayou Jumper.

American Legion Birthday to Be Celebrated Worldwide:

INDIANAPOLIS - March 15 is the designated birthday of The American Legion.
It is the day in 1919 when the first American Legion caucus, held by
members of the American Expeditionary Force, convened in Paris. Much as
the birthday of the United States is celebrated on July 4 - for the day in
1776 when rebelling patriots declared the independence of the British
colonies and the spirit of America was born - March 15 is the day on which
the Legion came to life.
