HR 2160 - restrictive covenants webinar Thursday

Midwest Division members,

Hams have been happy to have the tools available in PRB-1 to combat
restrictive municipal government ordinances against antennas and
towers. We have wished for these protections to be extended to private
covenants, which PRB-1 did not speak to. In many urban areas it's
virtually impossible to find a home not subject to private restrictive
covenants.

Now HR 2160 has been introduced into the US House of Representatives.
In a two-step process this bill might well give us PRB-1 type
ammunition to use when trying to erect amateur antennas in covenant
communities.

Thanks to the division members who have already written their
congressional representative in support of this bill. For more
