There is some chatter in the Amplifier forums on QRZ.com and Eham.net that
Expert Amps USA www.expertampsusa.com is closing their doors.

Expert Amps USA is one of two Expert amplifier importers in the US market.
The business was taken over a few years ago by Frosty-K5LBU’s daughters.
Their website says they are going strong and we are here to serve you,
however they have not responded to my own inquiry about the status of their
business.

I am glad to report that competing Expert Linears America
www.expertlinears.com is still a thriving business.

The amateur radio amplifier market is a tough market and only those who can
service what they sell have a chance to survive. Let’s hope that Bob Hardie
and his team at Expert Linears America continue to do well.
