Ham Radio Deluxe (HRD) Updates

I originally wrote the post below back in May of 2012. With all that's
currently going on with HRD over at QRZ, eHam and Reddit, I thought to
bring my original post back to prominence. And by the way, I still use
this last FREE version of Ham Radio Deluxe (with no issues whatsoever) to
this day (December 21, 2016).
