Switzerland abolishes morse-code requirement

There are links to copies of the authorization letter to Swiss Class 2 hams
from OFCOM/BAYCOM in German, French, and Italian (official versions),
and an (unofficial, but believed accurate) English translation.

- Switzerland will no longer conduct nor require morse code in HAM exams
- All Swiss HAM's with a no-code license are allowed to use all HAM

I fear most concerned Swiss HAM's are in the same situation as I am:
Surprised by the very fast reaction of our office of communication.
While I'm very pleased with the new development I'm now scrambling to
get my hands on some equipment and installing respective antennas. I
hope to be on air this summer, probably on 20M with psk31 or psk63.
