CW sub-bands must disapear

Dont talk like a pratt. The Titanic sunk, becouse of the way it was built.
Remember what year it was. CW will live for ever !.

They are only "agreements" written by
IARU and what is IARU ? Nothing, just
smoke ...
The next target is to FORBID totally CW
on ham bands below 1 GHz, because of
pollution generated by CW and old farts
CW coders using illegal amps. All
no-coders hams must put a mondial complaint about CW pollution in the
world.
Remember TITANIC had sunk because CW
was used. If SSB was used, the ship
has been saved. Samuel Morse invented
his silly code because he was not
enough clever to invent SSB.

Entire silly troll snipped...

Mostly because there are only two "CW sub-bands", and both of
them in the VHF spectrum.

The only thing worse than a troller is an ignorant troller.

The Armenian judges gave this a 9.8 on the Olympic Troll-O-Meter, but
they were over-ruled by the umpires in instant replay, who award it a
1.4.

The Armenian judges lodged a formal protest!

It was sufficiently trollish, of course, but way too obvious.
It was poorly written, poorly executed, and was so incredibly
lame as to lack the true drawing power of a really masterful
troll. Maybe as high as a 1.6 for the intense stupidity of the
premise, but a 9.8? Never! The Armenian judges tear their
hair out, throw their balalaikas down in dismay, and perform
the traditional Armenian Dismay Chant! They demand a recount!

Yes, it's an obvious troll. However, the sinking was a direct result
of multiple human errors rather than any technological breakdown.
Other radio modes would not have made a difference. For radio to be
any good somebody has to turn it on, and do something with the
information received.

The Marconi ops delivered at least six ice warnings to Captain Smith
but he did not order a reduction in speed or change of course.
Although it was a moonless calm night, the lookouts did not have
binoculars. Etc. The list goes on and on.

Sister ships Olympic and Britannic were modified after the Titanic
loss, but Britannic was lost after striking a mine in the Med while
serving as a hospital ship. Olympic ("Old Reliable" to her crew)
served 25 years, including WW1 service as a troop ship, and wound up
being scrapped.

The Titanic disaster serves as an object lesson of how even the best
available technology cannot prevent all possible disasters due to
human error. IOW, there's no cure for stupid.

I dunno.

Kevorkian is only one man, and there are a lot of stupid ones out there.

Actuarial Tables are painfully slow.

Large meteor impacts are few and far between.

I think we're stuck with no cure.

Ah but "imaginary" numbers are used to describe things that do exist (phase
phenomena and such I believe). Since imaginary numbers describe real
events, therefore "imaginary" numbers do exist and are thus real. In this
case, "imaginary" is a misnomer.
