The louder you shout, the greater the number of people who will

The burden of proof is on the licensee to prove that he or she has
passed the code test. All FCC has to do is ask to see a copy of your
license or CSCE.

TECH SHOULD FEEL FREE TO OPERATE ON YOUR TECH BANDS AT WILL.


Yes, they should. They should also understand (unlike you, apparently)
that, without Element 1 credit, "your Tech bands" means full amateur
privileges on all of the VHF/UHF bands.
