What about HF aeronautical communications? HF ship communications? Radio
astronomy frequencies? How will OATS (open air test sites) be able to
operate, or should we ship that to China as well? Of course, if you are
close by, you still can communicate. Better check your calibration. Tune
WWV. Oops, I forgot, WWV is buried unless you live within 20 miles of the
site. Maybe the shortwave listeners should complain.

Just a thought or two.
