Question 'off' subject, ??

you will have to check with him to see if his service supports that option
and how to do it.

I know this is off the subject, but feel I will get a 'good answer'
here. I am wondering if it is possible (is there a program like this)
to send emails to cell phones from my computer 'on' the net????
My son in law has a business cell phone, (Seattle) and there are times
when I would like to ''''just send a question'''', NOT use up his
business 'time', I hope I am making sense. Thanks in advance. cl.

It's called SMS, short messaging system. Cingular charges me $.10
for each message sent or received. You can send them from your phone,
or from the provider's website.
