HOW CAN THAT BE?!?!?!? You must obviously be mistaken. Those guys
passed morse code tests, and yet they're disruptive, cause trouble and
violate the ham radio laws & rules laid forth by the FCC?


And what mode were the violators using?

I was *sure* the PCTA crowd said that the morse code test was an adequate
filter to keep out the "CBplussers".


Who claimed that? Show us the post where *any* test is claimed to be a perfect
filter that keeps out violators.
