Whelp, it doesn't take a sense of humor to obtain an amateur radio
license. One has only to get off one's duff and overcome intertia.
Leonard talks about it, writes about it and thinks about it. He just
doesn't do anything about it. Until he does, he remains an armchair
quarterback.
