Paid for ALL my licensure flying myself...have paid for all my
flying since then too, except when on a USAF funded mission. My
Private Pilot's license was issued in Aug 1974. I went to boot in
Sept 74.

As for "psuedo Air Corps", what are you talking about? There's
nothing "psuedo" about anthing, other than YOUR alleged interest in
radio.

That "licensure" is via the authority of the Federal Aviation
Administration.

I am sure you know where/how to verify that.
