I hope Hollingsworth shows up on his doorstep with
federal marshals in tow and confiscates every goddamed
piece of decrepid radio junk he has in his broadcast station.

Put the putz-with-a-Moe-Howard-haircut from Maine
off the air once and for all. If RH does this alone, it will
drive the Bozo of Belgrade Lakes totally insane.
Perhaps even to the point where he'll need to be put
in a freakin rubber room in the local mental health clinic.
Then he can "broadcast" to himself while he bounces off
the padded walls in a straight jacket.
