Now YOU tell us what the Titanic's sinking of 92 years ago has to
do with amateur radio policy of today?

The Titanic was cited as an example that sometimes "Professionals"
screw up. In connection to that TV/DVD/VCR that QRMed the
emergency frequencies. That "professionals" designed that.
