We need no Licenses anymore.

The fact that we have a Brain DEAD written test now, and soon to have no CW
testing, why put any burden on the KNUCKLE DRAGGIN CBplussers, lets just
Dump all licensing and call it CB.

I wonder can you pass the tests right now?

Of course he can! Just ask him! In fact, he claims he made $250 a
piece on a bet that he made with a couple of "CB plussers" who said
that he couldn't pass an Extra Class exam without studying. Mind you,
this was AFTER the code requirements were reduced. There is, however,
no way to verify his story, but I do know that many of the hams who
knew Babbling Brucie when he lived in Ohio have said that he is a
bald-faced liar, so you decide...

He can, but only under the following conditions:

1. On a lark,
2. Without studying,
3. Scoring 100%,
4. In under 7 minutes,
5. And collect $250 from two CB-Plussers!

Or so he's said.

There's the pot engaging the kettle in meaningful conversation.

How does he prove that? A passing grade would be
good enough in my book...

Of course, but assuming it was true, it's still a pass
and an upgrade. People have been known to pass the
extra exam after finishing the general, as they took
it as a freebie at the same VE session at no extra cost,
on a lark.

When I took elements 4A and 4B (Jan 2000) I got two wrong
on 4A and one wrong on 4B. The CSCEs, coupled with my 1976
era tech plus, got me an extra upgrade on Restructuring Day
April 2000.
