Gee, it's awfully quiet in here.....
It's so quiet you can almost hear Steve pouting in the corner of his
mommy's basement. BTW, it's getting close to my off-season so that means vacation time. I make my way to Jacksonville (NC) every now and then. I haven't taken I-40 for almost 20 years -- I really hated Knoxville. Has it changed since then? Anyone taken that drive recently? And isn't that part of the old Route 66? Unless you're willing to arrange your travel times through Knoxville to miss "rush hours" by a good margin, plan on getting jammed up in K-Ville...The usual traffic is bad enough, but the construction zones and other hazards make it absolutley horrific.
